|Recommended: YesNew Renter — I am very happy with the upkeep of this apartment complex. The manager is very sweet. Being disabled I do not walk fast nor can I climb stairs. Christina made sure I had a downstairs unit and walked my pace with me to show me around the grounds the day I picked up my keys. During the walk-through on my unit, she answered all my questions and made sure any little thing that she seen, she pointed out to me and took pictures. I have already recommended this apartment complex to a few people very pleased with it and excited for my new adventure.

|Recommended: YesGood First Impression — Recently, I moved into a one-bedroom unit at Brookdale Dr. My first impressions of the leasing agent, the maintenance staff, and the grounds’ cleanliness are positive.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to live — It is a great place to live. I have not had any issues with noise, complaints, or safety. The staff and maintenance are great. I would highly recommend living here.
|Recommended: YesReview of Brookdale North — It's a good value for the price. Secure parking, clean, recarpeted unit with dishwasher and garbage disposal, central heating and cooling, laundry. Main problems many stray cats on the property, and noise from adjacent properties.

|Recommended: YesGetting to know new managers — So far so good.I took my proof of insurance for 2023 over to the office on the 1st of March. They made a copy of it and tried to fax it to their main office but had problems with the fax machine.she kept the copy and said she would get it to the office . WhenI Check my portal it say that my insurance has expired
